1.Definition

  • "Goods" means the goods which we agree to supply under the Contract and which are purchased by the Buyer.
  • "Buyer" means the person or company whose name appears on an Order.
  • "Order" means Buyer's purchase order.
  • "Force Majeure" means that the Seller is unable to perform its obligations in whole or in part due to any one or more (but not limited to) accidents, damage or failure of machinery or equipment, or shortages, and the Seller's obligations under these Terms shall be suspended. Manufacturing capacity declines, governments revoke business licenses, wars, riots. Terrorism, sabotage and other shutdowns, epidemics, national disasters such as floods and typhoons, fires affecting Seller's operations or the operations of Seller's suppliers, inability to obtain fuel, power, raw materials, containers or transportation facilities, acts of God and governmental actions. In any such event, Seller shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations. If the seller considers that the delay is of unreasonable duration, the contract may be terminated without liability.


2.Service

End of service

  • Users or this website may interrupt one or more services at any time based on actual circumstances. This website does not need to be responsible to any individual or third party for interrupting service at any time. If the user objects to any suggestion of the terms of service or has objections to the subsequent modification of the terms, or is dissatisfied with the services of this website, the user can exercise the following rights:
    • No longer use the information services of this website.
    • Notify this website to stop serving the user.
    • After the user service is terminated, the user's right to use the services of this website is immediately suspended. From that point on, users have no right, and this website has no obligation, to transmit any unprocessed information or unfinished services to users or third parties.

Law


  • The information service terms of this website must be consistent with the legal interpretation of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. 3.Register

  • All representations you make to us and through our website and all orders you make through our website will be made within your authority to enter into the contract.

In consideration of your use of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide true, accurate, up-to-date and complete information about you when filling in the registration form; and maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure that the relevant information is true, accurate, up-to-date and complete. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that any information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your registration.


4.Order

  • We are responsible for managing the website, arranging order processing and completing the delivery of the products you order through our website.
  • When you place an order, it means that you purchase the goods at the specified price. Once you submit the order, you cannot cancel the order.
  • Once an order is confirmed, all information (including shipping address) cannot be changed. If you need assistance, please contact us.
  • We will confirm via email/phone WHATSAPP that we have received your order. The confirmation email/phone WHATSAPP will provide your order details.
  • We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, not to accept or cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to:

    • There are insufficient stocks of the goods you ordered.

    • Delivery cannot be arranged for your area; or the price marked on one or more items you ordered is incorrect due to human or computer error or data error.

    • If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email/phone WHATSAPP and will credit any amount deducted from your credit card to your account as soon as possible but in any case within thirty (30) days from the date of your order. You accept that we are not required to make any compensation for your dissatisfaction.


5. Price and payment

  • We will use all commercially reasonable efforts to display accurate and up-to-date prices on our website.
  • Unless otherwise expressly stated, the price of the goods does not include any freight, insurance or any statutory sales tax, value-added tax or other taxes, duties or import taxes. Please note before making an order that you may be responsible for taxes or duties imposed by law (such as value-added tax) in addition to the price.
  • If the price of the product is different between the time we intend to accept your order and the price when you place the order, we will contact you to inquire about your purchase intention.
  • If the price or any part thereof is not paid by the due date, we shall be entitled to:

    • require payment prior to delivery for any goods not previously delivered; and/or

    • Refusal to deliver any goods for which payment has not been made and we shall not be liable for any non-delivery or any delay in delivery.

  • If we cancel your order and you have made any payment, we will refund you. You agree and accept that we are not required to make any compensation for your dissatisfaction.
  • We use third-party payment services to conduct online transactions. When you place an order, you agree and accept that, subject to its terms and conditions, your credit card information will be collected, processed and retained by us and the payment service provider. You agree and accept that you are solely and solely responsible for any losses incurred or incurred by you when conducting credit card transactions, and we shall not be liable for any such losses in whole or in part under any circumstances.


6.Delivery

  • We only arrange shipments during office hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). We reserve the right to refuse delivery. Under no circumstances will we accept order cancellations or refunds.
    We will deliver the items you ordered to the delivery address you provided. When the items are delivered to the address you provided, they are considered delivered to you and received by you. If you are unable to receive the items for any reason, you agree that we have the right to charge you additional fees or cancel your order.
  • If there is no elevator at the delivery location, customers may need to pay additional handling fees, which will be charged on a "cash on delivery" basis.
  • Delivery times to remote areas may be delayed due to additional logistics processes.
  • Any time and date for sending items or the time required for delivery are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. If we fail to meet any specified sending or delivery dates or times, no further notice is required. You agree that under no circumstances will we accept order cancellations or refunds.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failures to deliver due to incomplete recipient information, incorrect or changed delivery addresses, or inability to contact the recipient. Items that cannot be successfully delivered will be returned to the warehouse, and shipping fees will not be refunded. All customers must pay relevant delivery fees for rescheduling.
  • In cases of severe weather, delivery services may be delayed or need to be rescheduled.
  • If the recipient relies on someone else to collect the goods, we and third-party logistics will not be responsible for any related risks or losses.
  • Once products are successfully delivered to the address listed on the order, even if the signer is not the designated recipient, the order is considered complete.
  • When the products you purchased are delivered to you, you will become the owner of the items, and you will assume the risk of holding the items. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage.


7. Check delivery status

  • After your order is shipped, you will receive an email/WhatsApp notification containing the tracking number. We will not contact the recipient in advance to confirm the delivery time, so please wait patiently for the courier's notification. You can also check the delivery status on the courier’s official website. If you do not receive the goods within a reasonable timeframe, please contact the courier's customer service. Please have the tracking number provided in the email ready for inquiries.


8. Returns and exchanges policy

  • If the products purchased from our company have quality issues, please raise the issue within two days of receipt.
  • Returns can be requested if they meet the following conditions.
    • Customers must report any obvious manufacturing defects within two days of receiving the goods.
  • We reserve the right to refuse return or exchange requests in the following cases:
    • Goods are damaged, and the customer does not notify us within two days of receiving the items.
    • Return or exchange requests are made after the return period.
    • Returned items are incomplete or damaged.
    • The customer loses or has incomplete shipping documents.
    • The product is not provided by us.
    • There are no quality issues with the goods themselves.


9. Disclaimer

  • The website will not be held responsible if the website sales system crashes or cannot be used normally due to force majeure or other uncontrollable reasons, resulting in failure to complete online transactions or loss of relevant information, records, etc.
  • Our liability is limited to on-time delivery. We will not be responsible for order cancellation, delay, suspension, rescheduling, loss or damage caused by logistics (including postal services) due to traffic, region, weather or other force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, man-made disasters, etc.), regardless of whether these factors are within our control. 10. Guarantee

  • Transmit or distribute to our website any viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other computer code that is harmful or invasive or that may or is intended to damage the operation of any hardware, software or equipment or monitor the use of any hardware, software or equipment.
  • Reproduce, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purpose any part of our website (or including applications or software), or the use of or connection thereto.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of our website (or including any application or software).
  • Frame or reproduce any part of the Site without our prior written consent.
  • Create a database through the organized downloading and storage of Content, User Content or any Site Content; and
  • Infringe any copyright, design rights and intellectual property rights in the goods.


11.Content

  • All intellectual property rights in the Content are owned, controlled or licensed by us. These Terms and Conditions do not give you any rights or interests in the Content other than the rights granted to you in clause 11.2, and we reserve all other rights.
  • Subject to these terms and conditions, you may use the Content for your own personal use.
  • Unless you have our express written consent or you are expressly authorized by law, you may not:
    • Use the Content for any commercial or other non-personal use.
    • Copy the Content or transmit the Content to any other device or to any other person; or
    • Reprint, distribute, communicate to the public, revise, reformat, prepare derivative works or display the Content.
    • You acknowledge and agree that if you breach any term of these Terms, we may, at our sole discretion, cease to provide you with any Content.
    • We will use all commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the Content, but we make no warranties and representations (express or implied, statutory or otherwise) as to the accuracy, quality or completeness of the Content or its suitability for any purpose, and we will not be responsible for this. You also agree that advertisers are solely responsible for the content of advertisements displayed on our website. The placement of such advertisements does not constitute our recommendation or endorsement of the advertiser's products, and each advertiser is solely responsible for any representations made in its advertisements. We do not accept any liability for any loss caused by your reliance on the accuracy of the information contained on our website.


12.Shipment order

  • Delivery will be based on the order time. After we receive the order and reconcile it, we will arrange delivery within three working days (excluding public holidays).


13. Color difference problem

  • Because the color tone settings of each computer are different, and everyone's definition of color is also different, the color of the product is based on the actual product.


14.Indemnity

No party is entitled to rely on any agreement, understanding or arrangement not set out in these terms and conditions.
  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  • If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
  • We reserve the right to terminate or change the above offers. In the event of any dispute, our decision will be final and conclusive.
  • These terms and conditions form an integral part of the general terms and conditions.
