SHIPPING FEE

We offer Free shipping to Hong Kong, Macau & China.
Please check the shipping fees for other countries at checkout.

DELIVERY TIME

In general, the order will be shipped out within 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), upon order confirmation with successful payment.

For Hong Kong:
It takes 2-3 working days for the orders to arrive, excluding public holidays.
If you choose to pick up your order at the SF store / SF center, you will be notified via SMS upon the arrival of your product at the pickup point.

For Mainland China:
It takes 7-14 working days for the orders to arrive, excluding public holidays.

For Macau:
It takes 3-6 working days for the orders to arrive, excluding public holidays.

For Taiwan:
It takes 4-7 working days for the orders to arrive, excluding public holidays.

For other countries (Including but not limited to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Cambodia, Canada, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Turkey, UAE, United Kingdom, USA, Vietnam):
It takes 7-14 working days for the orders to arrive, excluding public holidays.
 
*The shipping time will be affected / postponed under the following situation(s):
● Incomplete information of the recipient; amendment made to the shipping address, and/or recipient cannot be reached.
● In case of bad weather, the delivery schedule may be delayed / arranged once again.

DELIVERY

  • We only arrange shipments during office hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). We reserve the right to refuse delivery. Under no circumstances will we accept order cancellations or refunds.
  • We will deliver the items you ordered to the delivery address you provided. When the items are delivered to the address you provided, they are considered delivered to you and received by you. If you are unable to receive the items for any reason, you agree that we have the right to charge you additional fees or cancel your order.
  • If there is no elevator at the delivery location, customers may need to pay additional handling fees, which will be charged on a "cash on delivery" basis.
  • Delivery times to remote areas may be delayed due to additional logistics processes.
  • Any time and date for sending items or the time required for delivery are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. If we fail to meet any specified sending or delivery dates or times, no further notice is required. You agree that under no circumstances will we accept order cancellations or refunds.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failures to deliver due to incomplete recipient information, incorrect or changed delivery addresses, or inability to contact the recipient. Items that cannot be successfully delivered will be returned to the warehouse, and shipping fees will not be refunded. All customers must pay relevant delivery fees for rescheduling.
  • In cases of severe weather, delivery services may be delayed or need to be rescheduled.
  • If the recipient relies on someone else to collect the goods, we and third-party logistics will not be responsible for any related risks or losses.
  • Once products are successfully delivered to the address listed on the order, even if the signer is not the designated recipient, the order is considered complete.
  • When the products you purchased are delivered to you, you will become the owner of the items, and you will assume the risk of holding the items. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage.

CHECKING DELIVERY STATUS

  • After your order is shipped, you will receive an email/WhatsApp notification containing the tracking number. We will not contact the recipient in advance to confirm the delivery time, so please wait patiently for the courier's notification. You can also check the delivery status on the courier’s official website. If you do not receive the goods within a reasonable timeframe, please contact the courier's customer service. Please have the tracking number provided in the email ready for inquiries.

RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY

  • If the products purchased from our company have quality issues, please raise the issue within two days of receipt. Returns can be requested if they meet the following conditions.
  • Customers must report any obvious manufacturing defects within two days of receiving the goods. We reserve the right to refuse return or exchange requests in the following cases:
    • Goods are damaged, and the customer does not notify us within two days of receiving the items.
    • Return or exchange requests are made after the return period.
    • Returned items are incomplete or damaged.
    • The customer loses or has incomplete shipping documents.
    • The product is not provided by us.
    • There are no quality issues with the goods themselves.

 

TAXES   

 

  • The prices of the goods do not include any insurance or any statutory sales tax, value added tax or other taxes, duties or import taxes. Please note before making an order that you may be liable for taxes or duties imposed by law in addition to the price (such as value added tax).
